Samarth Gondkar

Samarth holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, Canada. He returned to India with a systems-thinking foundation, a clear understanding of how manufacturing operations should function at every level, and a conviction that MSME manufacturing businesses in India deserve better than generic consulting.

He founded Vedatrics to bring an implementation-first approach to MSME manufacturing consulting — one that installs real systems, builds real teams, and stays on-site until both are running independently. Not advice. Not frameworks on paper. Execution.

With 3+ years of consulting experience across manufacturing businesses in Vadodara and beyond, Samarth leads every Vedatrics engagement with one operating principle: go deep, go slow, and stay until it works. Every visit is purposeful. Every system installed is tested before it is handed over.

Deepak B. Gondkar

Deepak Gondkar brings over 23 years of ground-level manufacturing experience to every engagement. His career spans assembly operations at Shreno and Alembic, automotive systems at General Motors, precision fabrication at Rishi Laser, and large-scale production management at Wear Resist — where he served as Works Manager overseeing 300 people.

He spent 7 years as Head of Operations at Galaxy Sivtek, a leading vibratory separator manufacturer — leading production, planning, materials, and quality across a growing operation. It was this experience that gave him a complete picture of how a manufacturing business must function at every level to scale without breaking.

In 2015, Deepak founded SAI Industrial Consultant — and has since spent over a decade working directly with MSME business owners to convert people-dependent operations into system-driven ones. He is the Principal Consultant behind every Vedatrics engagement.
